Effect of Different Rotation Systems on Production and Quality of Black Morel (Morchella importuna)

Morchella importuna is a highly priced edible and medicinal mushroom. Crop rotation an important management technique to improve soil health. In this study, the morphological characteristics, chemical composition, nutritional quality of M. fruitbody under five different systems (named RSA RSE) were investigated. The results showed that fruitbodies in system C (RSC, Rice–Pea–M. rotation) grew best (with highest yield 6804.90 kg/hm2) higher quality, which significant increases crude protein (37.32 g/100 g) decreases fat (4.04 g), fiber (10.06 total ash (9.32 g). heavy metal contents (Pb, Cd, Hg) from all rare or none, meets standards Chinese Green Food Standard maximum limit foodstuffs European Union Standard. addition, free amino acid compositions morel analyzed. ratio essential acids (EAA/TAA) was RSC (37.11%). tested morels abundant umami, sweet, aromatic, (UAA, SAA, AAA MAA). Combining score, other nutrition indexes, had impact on morel. Our demonstrate feasibility effectiveness cultivation model rotating “Rice–Vegetables–Fungi” for production way develops high-quality agriculture.
